Yeah! Today we have Dr Brooke’s beautiful – inside and out – friend Karen Smith as our guest. Karen is a sought after kettle bell instructor and coaches people worldwide from beginners to elite miltary through her online programs and workshops. Karen’s also a mother and self-employed entrepreneur. Karen talks with us today about how to approach body weight strength such as pull ups, push-up, pistol squats and more.  But it’s not all strength training today, tune in to hear Karen tell her breast cancer scare and the strength it took to make some very tough decisions about what’s best for her own health and how to ensure she would be around for her daughter for the long haul.
