Dr Brooke Show #252 Parenting Better with Dr. Hilary Mandzic

April 20, 2022
Dr Brooke

In this episode, Dr. Mandic The Parenting Psychologist, shares incredible insight into how we can be calmer and better for our kids. She gives us so many actional takeaways including three things we can just let go of as parenting including the idea that we will be perfect grown ups all the time. She also shares with us the key things we need to do when we aren’t perfect such as how to repair after a “Oh I wish I wouldn’t have handled things that way moment” and how often we actually have to get it right to be good parents (it’s less than you think!).
