Dr Brooke Show #268 Creating A Joyful Space with Interior Designer Margo Gardner

May 30, 2022
Margo Gardner

My space profoundly impacts my mood and emotional state so of course I think of creating my space as a major part of my overall health and hormone balance. Our productivity, creativity, sense of peace, motivation and joy can all be influenced by the space around us and with so many of us spending even more time at home in the last few years, creating a space that gives you the vibe you’re after can be one more little thign you do to support your health and wellbeing.

My dear friend Margo joined me on this episode to give us some amazing advice from color psychology to where to spend your hard earned money to how to find a middle ground between needing to spruce up a room NOW but not able to do a full renovation.
