Holy smokes did I love recording with Cait Donovan, a leading expert in burnout and overwhelm! Cait has a masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a coach specializing in ending burnout culture.

In this show we talked about using resentment as a key insight into where you’re losing energy and stamina for your life (this was mind blowing), how to be more resilient and turning some common self-care adaages like “fill up your cup first” and “just change your mindset” on their head. So good.
