Pumpkin Almond Flour Scones 1 can organic pumpkin 2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup coconut flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/3 cup xylitol (or sweetener of your choice) 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 cup chopped pecans 1tsp vanilla 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (or butter, melted) 2 tbsp coconut milk or almond milk Place on cookie sheet in “scone shapes” and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
