Better Everyday #29: Robb Wolf & Wired To Eat

Happy 2017! After two weeks off we’re back with an extra special episode featuring Mr. Robb Wolf.

Robb is a a former research biochemist is the New York Times Best Selling author of The Paleo Solution – The Original Human Diet and he has a new book that we can’t hardly wait to read called Wired To Eat (March, 2017). This books explores the neurobiology of food and why it’s not always so easy to eat well, go to the gym, get rest, ya know….all that healthy stuff.

In this episode we dive deep into why it’s so often so hard to pull off healthy in our modern world. We tend to think it’s us: we’re lazy, we’re crazy, we’re weak. Tune in and find out why we’re wired to struggle with certain behaviors and certain foods and how you can do better. And it may be the only time in our podcast that the phase “prostitutes and plumbers” is used….maybe.
