We take a deep dive into the many causes of amenorrhea (lack of a period) specifically hypothalamic amenorrhea which is an issue in the brain more so than the ovaries or the uterus and often has stress as a root cause. That stress can come from dieting or over-exercise or a host of other sources. And together we provide a different look at how to use exercise to get a period back whereas most experts say no period, then no exercise.
