Whew, this last year was HARD. So much change and so much stress – both good and bad. I could see myself staring down the barrel of total burnout but was able to avoid it by taking a fresh approach to stress and revamping some of the tools that no longer worked for me. I share the biggest needle movers for me in this episode that I believe helped me avoid a big crash with both my hormones and my happiness.
