So many women I talk to feel that they are doing everything “right”, eating so “healthy” and yet not losing any weight. While weight loss and fat loss are not everyone’s goal, for some of us that is the goal and frustration can mount when you’re seemingly doing all the things but getting nowhere.

In this episode I cover why calories matter, why hormones matter too (and perhaps more), the problem with apps and trackers and give you some simple, easy ways to lower or manage calories and certain macros all the while honoring your hormones and not making yourself miserable and obsessed with calorie counting.
