I get asked this question almost more than anything, still after close to 20 years doing this work. When it comes to snacks and what makes a good one, we need to be clear on why we are snacking. Is it habit or boredom or necessary cuz we can’t maintain our energy and blood sugar levels? What do we need to accomplish with a snack: fuel, workout recovery, more protein? I cover all this and give you some of my fav high protein snack options in this episode.
