This insightful book will let you breathe a sigh of relief because it turns out your perfectionism isn’t necessarily something you need to fix after all.

In this episode we cover a whole new way to view this tendency, how to stop it from being a maladaptive trait and use it to your major advantage and an entire reframe on how we view our right to joy and pleasure and satisfaction. Hint: you don’t have to be perfect to earn it.
