It’s that time again, where you’re bombarded with the notion that you need to abruptly leave your old self and create something totally new. While there is a collective energy for leveling up and positive change – and you can totally harness that! – you don’t have to completely abandon who you were last year.

At the very least, let’s give 2023 you a big hug and thank her for all she went through and learned last year. In this episode I talk about some ways for transitioning more gently into the new year and some ways to practice habits in lower stakes situations so that you can be more successful with who you’re trying to be in 2024.
